manageID is a product developed and offered by the team at Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI). Founded in 1996, CITI is a forward thinking information technology company that delivers quality solutions and services provided primarily to public sector organizations in the United States and abroad.

What We Do

CITI was founded in 1996 and is comprised of more than 300 employees and consultants. CITI provides a wide range of professional services, software and solutions and is SEI CMMI-Level 3, ISO 20000 and ITIL certified. All Project Managers are certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professionals. CITI’s customers include commercial customers, international government agencies and multiple U.S. Federal Government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and Department of State. CITI has the distinction of designing, delivering, operating and supporting one of the largest, most sophisticated identity management and credentialing systems in the world.

CITI has received many awards – the Inc. 500, the American Council for Technology & Industry Advisory Council (ACT/IAC) “Top 20” Excellence.Gov Award, and nominations such as the Department of State Small Business Contractor of the Year. While these awards and nominations are good indicators of success and customer satisfaction, CITl’s success is also demonstrated by our commitment to continually invest in our Company, our employees, and our community. We offer a Technology Infusion Initiative (TII) to encourage our talented staff to pursue technology and management certifications, as well as further foster the entrepreneurial spirit of emerging small businesses through our mentor-protégé program.
